Service ratings

How clients rate each of our services, and how many requests we have finished. Every number comes from real published reviews and real finished requests on this website. Nothing is estimated, and a service shows “New” until it has enough data.

How we count. Client rating = average of published reviews for that service (1–5 stars). Requests finished = requests we completed or closed. Success rate = completed ÷ finished, shown once a service has at least 3 finished requests. Research depends on what the archives hold: when a record does not exist or cannot be released, the request counts as not successful. Vital Record Researchers is a one-person office: all research is done by Monica Simeon; lawyer, architect and realtor consultations are arranged through VRR with trusted partners.
